The „Griesserhaus“ is a very beautiful, manorial and sophisticated property on the sun side of Hinterstoder. The owners have undertaken ongoing renovation and adaptation works so that the building is in a solid condition, but the age of the building has to be taken in consideration. The current owners live in a foreign country and a housekeeper taking care of the property has permanent residence in the ground floor. The owners do use the “Griesserhaus” as a secondary residence and it can be assumed, that the community of Hinterstoder will agree again to a using as a “secondary residence”.
